Ingredients are sourced from high quality approved suppliers. Gemini uses only the finest ingredients in all the products we manufacture. Materials are obtained from all over the globe using our extensive supply chain network.

We test all materials to ensure identity, purity and potency as well as screening for contamination. While ingredients are being tested they are held in Quarantine until they are released by the Quality Control group.

Gemini’s in-house laboratory is ISO-17025 accredited, the gold standard for laboratories.
This part of the manufacturing process is called the Pharmacy stage. All ingredients in the formula are brought into an isolated room to be weighed out to the exact amount needed for a production batch. Weighed ingredients are then assembled into material kits to get ready for the next stage.

The individual ingredients weighed in pharmacy are blended together in this compounding step. This crucial manufacturing process ensures the correct amount of each ingredient is found in each and every dose of product. Content uniformity is achieved by utilizing high performance blending equipment and the proper blending procedures.

Blended powders will now go to the compression department for making tablets, the encapsulation department for making capsules, or straight into jars or sachets for powder products. Gemini uses a wide range of high-speed equipment to service jobs of all sizes.

The capsules, tablets, and powders are inspected and released by QA prior to moving into packaging. Tablets will receive an additional step first where they are sent to our coating department. Tablets are coated with an aqueous film coating process that aids in the stability of the product and makes it easier to swallow for the user.

Our tablet coating process uses purified water instead of solvents that are found in shellac or pharmaceutical glaze applications.
Gemini uses high speed automated packaging lines that produce millions of bottles on a monthly basis. Equipped with the latest technology, metal detection, and vision inspection systems our packaging lines move quickly to get you product accurately and fast. Custom packaging configurations and automated display cartoning machines will assemble the most eye-catching product designs.

Before the product is released to ship, samples are delivered to our laboratory for analytical testing. The product is tested according to specifications where we check for label claims, disintegration times, micro’s, heavy metals, and any other market specific testing that is required. With this testing along with batch record review we are now ready to release the product and issue the finished product COA.

Gemini supports shipping domestically and all over the world by truck, train, sea, and air freight. We accommodate many different packaging configurations and can prepare your product for various different distribution models such as retail, e-commerce, box store, or custom warehouse requirements.
