Gemini’s in-house laboratory is also ISO-17025 accredited demonstrating high technical confidence and proficient laboratory management systems to accurately calibrate and perform testing. This accreditation is well respected globally and is the preferred benchmark for Retailers, Box Stores, Chain Drug, and large E-Commerce platforms that seek to distribute high quality products. Nutritional formulations often include herbal and botanical ingredients. These ingredients in particular unfortunately can fall victim to adulteration due to supply chain pressures, failed crops, or increased harvesting & manufacturing costs. Gemini takes extensive measures to ensure every ingredient we use in manufacturing is authentic and has been thoroughly tested. Leveraging over 400 official botanical standards we test these natural ingredients using our HPTLC equipment to verify the correct plant, plant species, and plant part(s) are received + match the information on the supplier COA. Standardized herbal extracts will also undergo either HPLC or UPLC testing to verify the potency of specific phytochemicals.
Finished products are evaluated against label claims according to customer specifications where Gemini uses scientifically valid methods which include USP, BP, AOAC and other industry accepted methodology. The entire manufacturing procedure ensures Gemini manufacturers the industry’s best OTC and dietary supplement products that is backed by comprehensive testing that supports all aspects of the process.
