Gemini is unique in that our facilities are FDA registered and inspected to both 21 CFR Part 211 for pharmaceutical drug manufacturing and 21 CFR Part 111 for dietary supplement manufacturing. Maintaining facilities and operations at this level automatically builds in a higher quality threshold for even the simplest of products. You can have confidence in the supplements we manufacture in that they will be produced in our state-of-the-art facilities adhering to current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
Gemini is routinely audited and cGMP certified through organizations such as UL, Intertek, and NSF. All of our buildings are environmentally controlled and equipped with best-in-class industrial HVAC systems to maintain ideal air quality. Sustaining clean air that is free from contamination is important to provide optimal conditions for both ingredient handling and manufacturing.
All of the ingredients used to manufacture your products are stored in our NSF cGMP temperature-controlled warehouse. We also test the ingredients on-site in our fully equipped ISO 17025 accredited laboratory. Having the expertise and testing equipment in-house allows us to offer quicker turnaround times on your products. Quality assurance finished product testing, analysis, potency, and contamination testing are also carried out here with the results published on your COA’s.
